[mythtv-users] Cutting with keyframes when editing

When I edit a recording prior to transcoding and select "cut after this  
frame" or "cut before this frame" on a keyframe, what is the result? Is  
"cut after" smart enough to include the keyframe itself when transcoding  
(which would seem to be the smart thing to do)? Or do I have to step the  
marking back/forward one frame to achieve transcoding only on whole blocks  
of frames?
