[mythtv-users] 'Watch TV' Only Shows Black Screen

Hi,

For weeks I have been trying to install MythTV, but with no avail. I can
watch TV perfectly in xawtv, using overlay and grabdisplay, so I know that
my tuners are working properly. I can run MythTV setup and have configured
everything properly. I then load the backend, and then the frontend; I can
see the icons, but when I click on "Watch TV", the screen just goes black. A
ctrl+alt+bksp takes me out of X and back to the console, so the PC has not
crashed. I am enclosing some logs to help you try and help me diagnose the
problem.
