[mythtv-users] Freeze on skip while still recording

I can reproduce this every time, however I haven't grabbed console out 
yet (don't have a keyboard to connect to that machine right now.)

About 15 minutes into recording a show, I started watching it from the 
beginning.  I hit the skip commercial button, (note: probably no 
commercial cutlist generated yet... duh) and the display says something 
like "Skipping 1532689 seconds" and then the frontend freezes - 
presumably waiting for the backend to provide the data at that point. 
Personally I don't have 17 days to wait for it to get that, much less 17 
days worth of hard drive for it to record to ;-)

I was able to repeat this "feature" 4 times in a row.  I'd have to go to 
another box on my network and ssh in to kill the frontend.
