[mythtv-users] mythtv does not set PAL/NTSC correctly

First off, sorry for not seeing this.  Now that you pointed it out it is clear
as day.

OTOH, I'm guessing that this is becoming a FAQ and it certainly would have 
helped me if it existed in the troubleshooting part of the otherwise very
helpful installation guide.  Extensive Google searching didn't lead me to 
any results and for a long time it was unclear how I should even go about 
searching for the condition I was seeing (it took a lot of tweaking to even 
figure out that it was the norm that was changing).

Just a thought.

PS: Sorry about the number of postings I apparently made.  It was unexpected
and I will try to be more careful in the future.
