Setup the videosource and tv_grab_?? first, then run mythfilldatabase,
which will fill your channel table with valid channels. You would
select the tv_grab_?? than most closely fits the channels you receive
on your digital card. Then insert the correct data into the dvb_pids,
dvb_channel tables, and keep a close look at the chanid field if you
do it manually. The channel editor in recent cvs should work fine
for this task as well.
