[mythtv-users] Possible to import nuv files back into database?

I rebuilt my Mythbox to get the pvr-250 working... works GREAT now.
 
BUT I don't have my recorded shows in the database now. I had them on a
seperate LVM drive and they are all still there.
 
How can I import them into the database?
