Ok, so after compiling the latest CVS snapshot, the ivtv driver seem to be
working great! I can watch TV on my monitor. I can dd if=/dev/video0
of=/dev/video16 bs=64k. I can even modprobe ivtv-fb, and ivtvfbctl
/dev/fb1 -globalalpha -nolocalalpha gives me video on the tv!!!!

First question I have: is it normal when I 'modprobe ivtv-fb' to lose the
monitor cursor, and get ONLY the cursor on the TV? When I say only the
cursor, I mean if I type on the keyboard, the cursor moves, but no text
shows up.

Also, I have tried several XF86Config files, and each of them seem to do
the sames thing: typing 'startx' makes the cursor disappear while X loads.
But Then the screen just sits there blank.

The log shows:

No errors, so the system is happy with the setings, but I still get no
picture....

Any ideas?
