Sorry. You must have two capture devices. You must have two v4l
sources which are properly configured in myth. This means they must
have a channel setup. If you have a webcam, you need to create a
custom channel list and assign it to the proper input source.

The first step is to make sure that you can view the webcam without
PIP. If you can view both sources independently, and you're tuner is
not busy recording something, you should be able to use PIP.
