[mythtv-users] Recording from composite video in

Hello all.

I have been using MythTV now for a couple months almost, and I am quite
addicted :)

I'd like to be able to record video from my VCR as well as from cable TV.  I
currently have the VCR connected to the composite-in on my capture card
(Leadtek WinFast TV2000 XP Deluxe - a bttv card), but I'm unsure how to config
the input correctly.

I want to be able to do manual recordings ONLY from the VCR, and have no effect
on the guide information for the tuner.  What is the "normal" way to configure
it so it won't try to download guide information (or is there an "empty" guide
setting?)
