Where did that module get there? Is that a custom compiled kernel?
What does

rpm -qf /lib/modules/2.4.22-1.2140.nptl_30.rhfc1.at/kernel/drivers/i2c/scx200_i2c.o

give you?

Custom compiled kernel usually require you to rebuild most kernel modules.
