[mythtv-users] For those using MythVideo focus fix and MAME

Hi all,

For those of you using the quick fix (enabling xmouse) to resolve the
MythVideo focus issue, you might have noticed that if you are launching
mythfrontend from console, things bork after playing a MAME game and you
have to move the mouse over mythfrontend to fix it.
 
Adding -nomouse to the xmame.x11 command line disables the mouse but gets
rid of this problem.

Hope this tiny little fix helps some of you out there.
 
P.S. Jarod - you might want to add this to the section of your guide that
deals with the MythVideo focus issue
