[mythtv-users] New user can't get started on mythtv

In English from /var/lib/mysql/darkstar.err when starting mysql from rc.d:


031220 14:33:18  mysqld started
031220 14:33:19  Can't start server : Bind on unix socket: Permission denied
031220 14:33:19  Do you already have another mysqld server running on 
socket: /var/run/mysql/mysql.sock ?
031220 14:33:19  Aborting

031220 14:33:19  /usr/libexec/mysqld: Shutdown Complete

031220 14:33:19  mysqld ended

Something tells me a /dev file needs chmod-ing. Is that the one?

Besides I like to add value to projects and I usually do. I even survived 
the mplayer-users list. :-)
