[mythtv-users] Watching MythTV on your Computer (Desktop, no TV Out)

Hi again all,

I'd like to view MythTV on a regular (Linux of course)PC while I'm doing
some work on it (IE: Use it like xawtv, as a small window). Maybe able
to watch some recorded shows or even live TV.

Is this possible without Myth frontend? Frontend takes up the entire
screen so that prevents me from really doing anything else :)

Also, what about a windows solution. My roommates may want to watch
recorded shows on their computers...
