[mythtv-users] mythtranscode / nuvexport

I just upgraded from RH8 to RH9, and when everything was re-installed
again, I started seeing this too.
I am using the latest CVS from both MythTV and ffmpeg, plus I tried
ffmpeg sources 0.4.8. Both produce the same results.
Every file I have tried to convert a valid .nuv (both with nuvexport and
my home-rolled scripts), the video gets stuck at frame 3 and audio
doesn't do anything. Mythtranscode spews messages that "Audio is XXms
behind video at # 3" with varying values n place of the XX. Sometimes I
get messages "Fast-Forwarding from 0 to 0" on a file that has
commercials marked.
