[mythtv-users] minimum CPU requirements for PVR-250

I'm running on a dual P2-450.  But I am also doing software
encoding/decoding, so I'm only able to pull 352x240 NTSC resolution.
(video cd quality). I don't know of any ISA enoders or decoders, and I'm
not really sure if the ISA bus has enough bandwidth to be able to push
that much content either..
You're best bet maybe to use USB devices..
