[mythtv-users] getting rid of mythchannels

At some point in the past (~0.10 era apparently), I downloaded and installed
MythChannels.  I haven't really used it ever.

Today, I did the usual updates of my system with the same script I use to
download, compile, and install all CVS modules.

When I run mythfrontend, I get an error saying "this plugin was compiled
against libmyth version 0.10.07092003-1 but the library version is
0.1420040102-01 1 .. You probably want to recompile everything.

Unable to initialize plugin 'mythchannels'"

I've recompiled everything 3 times, first using the same script I always
use, then manually.  Nothing seemed to fix it.  I presume there is some
mythchannels lurking around, how can I delete that plugin from attempting to
initialize?
