The Google cache has the old summary, of course, and there's an
English-language page in Germany with substantially the same text. If you
search for "gainward entertainmentcenter" you can find some Norwegian
retailers who appear to be willing to sell it.
Features: hardware MPEG-2 encoding, compliant with Windows MCE standards.
There's no mention of NTSC/PAL or which chipset it's based on.
Price: 785kr ($112) was the best I could find... not including shipping it
to the US.
The PVR-250 still looks like the better bet.
