Yes...

LiveTV records and plays back the video at the same time so you have this
'scrolling' ability, as opposed to XawTV which directly outputs the video
data. The Nehemiah isn't really up to that. People use the WinTV PVR-x50
series in those machines.

You could try really low LiveTV resolutions...
