I'm using it in my "production" (as opposed to my dev and test) system 
now and I'm very pleased with it.  The only thing I don't like is the 
lack of the dolby SoundStorm on the MB.  After days of research I've 
found exactly ONE nForce2 MB with onboard Geforce with TV-OUT and the 
dolby digital on board...  After speaking with the manufacturer I've 
been informed that they're getting out of the MB business. :/

By saving you a slot, I was thinking more of your case than anything else.
