If you're using the CVS build or you have the .14 and apply my commfree 
fix patch to it you can mark your commercial free channels as commercial 
free and leave auto comm flagging on...  Not as good as triggering it by 
hand, but better than nothing.  Though comm flagging doesn't eat that 
much CPU...
