I used the obvious method for determining which device each card was assigned, 
I disconnected one from my signal source and looked at the output of the 
video devices to see which one lost output. ;)

In my case I am feeding both from the same TV cable, but I developed a quality 
problem on tuner 2. I needed to know which card it was so that I could know 
which cable had the problem. It turned out to be a bad splitter, which I 
replaced with a distribution amp.
