ATL71.DLL is not found

Followed by:

Unable to register the DLL/OCX: Loadlibrary failed, Code 126.

I have .NET framework 1.1 installed and this is on Win XP SP1.. And I do
have the DSMyth filters installed and working...

I've created a preliminary windows myth front end, not to be confused with
compiling mythfrontend under cygwin, this is a fully windows front end.

Please try it at http://winmyth.sourceforge.net, I'd like input and
compatibility reports as I'm not 100% sure on the dependencies needed and
such.

Right now it only lists the movies you have stored and lets you play them,
but it's a start!
