[mythtv-users] reporting bugs (eg mythweb)

What's the correct way to report mythtv bugs? I couldn't find a bug
tracking system anywhere.

For example, mythweb currently seems quite unhappy (current CVS code of
mythtv and mythweb), displaying a lot of the text strings as

_LANG_CURRENTLY_BROWSING

and the like.
