You might want to check out the Sky Digibox config on my website:

The config is for the homebrew transmitter, not a proper IR Blaster, but
the Digibox is very picky about the IR timings so it might be useful to
you.

Before I got Myth, I used to use the Digibox's planner to schedule
recordings for my VHS recorder - Series Link was always wholly unreliable
(used to forget to record the next episode 75% of the time, one of the big
reasons I decided not to bother with Sky+). Has it actually got reliable
now?
