I belive you could try to ucomment that, but I suspect that it will only bring 
up the menu (which is already missing the button). The next thing would to 
either alter programs/mythfrontend/main.cpp and recompile, or add a button 
with type = EXEC, but i'm not sure how to use that, there is something in the 
archives at mythtv.org about it tho.
