That wasn't the question. The question was whether multiple cards with 
different tuner types (think modules.conf tuner type=xx) would work together. 
I haven't a clue, but there was a patch for using an ivtv and bttv card in 
the same system with different tuner types, so where there's a will, there's 
a way, I'd assume. ;-)

Most low-level ivtv documentation is actually found in its source code, so you 
might look there.
