[mythtv-users] click "don't record" in mythweb

Considering there's generally a "never record" option next to it....  It
adds a one-time flag to an override table - so just that one specific
recording.

If you don't see the "never record" it means that there isn't enough
data in the recording to ever be considered a duplicate.
