That is ugly, what does

rpm -qa 'ivtv-*'

say? What kernel are you using? I am currently building for

    kernelsat="2.4.22-1.2166.nptl_35.rhfc1.at"
    kernelsrh="2.4.22-1.2140.nptl 2.4.22-1.2149.nptl 2.4.22-1.2154.nptl 2.4.22-1.2163.nptl 2.4.22-1.2166.nptl"
    kernelsccrma="2.4.24-1.ll.rhfc1.ccrma"

for FC1. RH9,8.0,7 have only 2.4.20-28_36.rhx.at and 2.4.20-28.x.
