[mythtv-users] PVR-250 no audio out

I was init'ing the card with the below on startup:
#Set NTSC video standard
test_ioctl -u 0x3000
#Select tuner input
test_ioctl -p 4
#Set full NTSC resolution
test_ioctl -f width=720,height=480
Removing all this gives me sound.
