[mythtv-users] using mysql to manually edit backend settings?

i made some progress, i know have the phpmyadmin interface come up, but i get

MySQL said: 


#1130 - Host '192.168.0.103' is not allowed to connect to this MySQL server
my linux box is only on a local network, so i am not worried about security, how can i set MySQL to grant anyone access, or at least 192.*.*.*
