I have this MSI mobo, you need to install the nForce chipset drivers for
Ethernet/sound and nVidia for video. It works well for me.
You have to look at the product images to see the TV out bracket..

The AOpen Mk79-G is ok.  If you follow Jarod's guide using Fedora Core 1
its 
pretty painless to setup.  The board doesn't come with the s-video
dongle, but 
the manual includes the pinouts for it.  Took me < 1 hr to build mine, 
including getting parts and what not.  I also have a link somewhere in
an 
email from AOpen to the officially un-offical 3rd party who sells the
dongle.
