I am seeing the same problem. It seems like mythweb is confused about the
active status of these shows ("regular" shows that will be recorded). They even
have the "Activate" button on the right, even though they are already active.

The status in the mouse hover tooltip is correct though ("will record"). And
these shows are actually recorded, so it's just mythweb.
