I'd be interested to know too.  On my monitor mythfrontend looks great but
on the TV it extends off the edges.  I can't even see the "cancel" or "next"
buttons when I'm in the setup screens.  Also the OSDs go right off the edges
of the TV.  This is with 0.14, ivtv 0.1.9 and a 350 using TV out.
