You can always just watch the commercials. Since commercial flagging flags
the start and stop of the commercial break, you can just skip through the
show using 'Z' and watch the commercials. If you mean so you can archive
the commercials, then you could manually edit the recordedmarkup table and
change all the 4's to 5's and 5's to 4's for the show in question. That will
reverse the commercial start/end flags and so it thinks the show is commercials
and vice versa.
