[mythtv-users] Mythvideo (mplayer) strobing/flashing -- focus wierdness

I have noticed a peculiar thing, and was wondering if anyone had any
thoughts. Basically, I've got 2 DiVX videos that when played through
mplayer (either via mythtv or entering the command manually while
mythfrontend is playing), the screen flashes or strobes between
mythfrontend and mplayer. I've found one other post about this
happening, and the user suggested using 'Focus Under Mouse' and
'AutoRaise' -- which didn't change anything for me.

Other DiVX's that I have play without a problem.

I've tried about every "Mouse Follows" setting possible, to no avail.
Anyone have any thoughts? Here's the mplayer output for the working and
non-working divx's (any thoughts) :
