Now it's (slightly) worse now actually :/

Installed the ivtv 0.3 driver and it seems to be much better (in the 
logs anyway) but the TV-Out using fb is the same (strange diagonal dots 
but has some bits that seems to be a flashing cursor but distorted - 
same as before), tho the test pattern is still the same (works fine, but 
in b&w but I suspect it's just my TV anyway).  On the other hand, 
capturing video doesn't work - just show garbled static.
