[mythtv-users] Live TV- Operation Not Permitted

I had live TV working at one point and now it just gives me a black
screen. It was working, I went into setup and played around with the
offsets, and when I went back it didn't work. I can't think of anything
else that changed, yet I can't see the connection.

I can capture and play a test MPG through the /dev/video0 device.
TV-out on the PVR-350 works fine.
But Mythfrontend won't read from the device.

I get this in mythbackend.log:
error reading from: /dev/video16
read: Operation not permitted
e2004-12-10 16:06:51 Changing from WatchingLiveTV to None
rror reading from: /dev/video16
read: Operation not permitted

The location where the ringbuffer is located has full permissions. I
saw the ringbuffer file be created when I went to live TV but the size
did not increment.

Devices look like this:
[root at moya root]# ll /dev/video*
crw------- 1 mythtv root 81, 0 Oct 17 11:37 /dev/video0
crw------- 1 mythtv root 81, 0 Oct 17 11:37 /dev/video1
crw------- 1 mythtv root 81, 16 Oct 17 11:15 /dev/video16
crw------- 1 mythtv root 81, 0 Oct 17 11:37 /dev/video2
crw------- 1 mythtv root 81, 224 Oct 17 11:15 /dev/video224
crw------- 1 mythtv root 81, 0 Oct 17 11:37 /dev/video3
crw------- 1 mythtv root 81, 32 Oct 17 11:15 /dev/video32

I tried changing ownership and permissions on the devices to no avail.

All suggestions appreciated.
