[mythtv-users] Mysterious blank entry in record table

In mythweb's 'recording schedules' page, I've been noticing there's 
always an entry with no program title, and no recording type.  When I 
went to look at the database, I found this row (taken from a dump of the 
'record' table):

INSERT INTO record VALUES 
(13,0,1003,'00:00:00','0000-00-00','00:00:00','0000-00-00','','','','','Default',0,0,0,0,0,0,'Default',6,15,'KTVK','','',0);

Is this some kind of a placeholder record that MythTV actually uses, or 
should I just delete it?

BTW, I'm using CVS from Aug. 25th.
