I would have to agree with Jarod, those commands aren't in your path.
Try '/sbin/insmod ivtv' and '/sbin/lsmod'. If that doesn't work, then
you need to find were those commands are, you need them. Run 'updatedb'
aand once that is done, run 'locate insmod' and 'locate lsmod'
Let me know what happens.
