I picked mine up here about a month ago for $79, free shipping...
They advertise this card as a pvr250, but it's actually an OEM pvr250MCE.
No manual, cables, remote, etc.  It has no remote jack, either, which is
fine if you're looking for a second (or third) PVR, like I was...  Having
two cards during the olympics was absolutely essential...
