[mythtv-users] osd slowdown on epia MII 1000

I was wondering if there is any way to fix the choppy
video and sound I get when the OSD tries to fade away.
 When I change the channel the info comes up at the
bottom and when it tries to fade it gets choppy but
then is fine again.  I tried lowering the bitrate of
the video recording.  I am using hardware decoding on
the epia.  Thanks.
