Hello,
I recently (weekend) upgraded to Myth-CVS, The one think I noticed with
myth-cvs as of 2004-08-15 is that there is more interlacing. Some one
suggested to start the front end using "mythfrontend --verbose playback" too
see if it detected interlace and the only things that looks inetersing is
the following:
2004-08-16 22:13:06 Using deinterlace method linearblend
2004-08-16 22:13:07 nVidiaVideoSync: VBlank ioctl did not work,
unimplemented in this driver?
2004-08-16 22:13:07 DRMVideoSync: Could not open device /dev/dri/card0, No
such device or ddress
2004-08-16 22:13:07 RTCVideoSync: Could not set RTC frequency, Permission
denied .
2004-08-16 22:13:07 Using audio as timebase
2004-08-16 22:13:07 Video timing method: USleep with busy wait
2004-08-16 22:13:07 Refresh rate: 11765, frame interval: 33366
I "chmod a+wr /dev/rtc" and still the same issue. Has any one seen this or
know how to fix it? and why is it trying to use /dev/dri? I don't enable
that in the xorg.conf. Dosen't it suppose to use something like /dev/nvidia0
instead?
Using:
FC2 + kernel.org + pcHDTV patch = 2.6.7-pcHDTV Sat Aug 7 03:46:00 PDT 2004
i686 athlon i386 GNU/Linux
NVRM version: NVIDIA Linux x86 NVIDIA Kernel Module 1.0-6111 Tue Jul 27
07:55:38 PDT 2004
Any suggestions? Thanks.
