[mythtv-users] Avoiding Roslyn or Blackbird Hauppauge Cards

A friend of mine who's building a system just got one from newegg.com ( 
http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=15-116-602&depa=0 
).  They include a picture of the card that can be compared to 
http://www.shspvr.com/pvr_model/haup_roslyn.jpg .  Notice the two 
Conexant chips (iTVC15/16 and Blackbird chips) in the bottom right of 
the Roslyn card.  The picture of the one at newegg ( 
http://www.newegg.com/app/Showimage.asp?image=15-116-602-06.JPG ) has 
only one Conexant chip (the iTVC15/16).

Yeah, I know that newegg doesn't always ship the card in the picture, 
but it's better than getting a picture of a box.  The one that arrived 
was identical to the one in the picture.  And, on the bright side, it's 
$20 cheaper than CompUSA.

There are also a couple of eBay "Buy It Now" deals that show pictures or 
explicitly say they work on Linux (
