[mythtv-users] Suggestions for vertical and horizontal sync for Sony TV

I have have a Sony Trinitron 32inch NonHD TV and am not sure where I 
should put my syn rates etc for X windows. I would like to get the best 
settings possible.  I tried some searching but did not find much. Does 
anyone have any suggestions for these settings, or perhaps where you can 
go to find out what these settings should be?
