I have a serial blaster (ACTISYS or whatever its called...) working
just fine with my SA 3200 on Rogers here in Toronto.  I removed the
sleeps from the channel-change.pl script and it sped up the changes by
about 50 percent.

The lirc configs that are defined in the remotes dir for the SA work
great.  You should have no trouble at all.
