Wow, 30-45 seconds?  It takes me a lot longer to edit out commercials 
before archiving.  Are you just jumping between commercial blocks and 
accepting the flag as a cutpoint?  I've been jumping to a block, then 
finding the exact frame where I want to cut, which is probably why it's 
taking me so long :-)

I would also say the flagger is about 90% accurate for me.  On certain 
shows (e.g., The Daily Show), it's perfect every time.  On other shows 
(Alias, some movies), it's not.
