Hello all

Given the reliance of many UK users on the excellent work Andrew has put
into bleb.org, perhaps we should investigate with him whether one or more of
us could 'mirror' bleb's content, or make it a 'distributed' site?

I'm 100% clue-free on exactly what goes into making bleb.org work, so I
apologise if this is impractical or naiive in the extreme, but I'd certainly
be willing to donate space & bandwidth to such a noble cause!

Perhaps someone who has closer contact with Andrew could suggest this to him
when he returns from honeymoon?
