Has anyone tried the acpi4linux project?  http://acpi.sourceforge.net/

I've read of some people using this successfully.  Still waiting for my 
hardware to arrive, so I can't add anything more yet.  I plan on using 
the Chaintech 7NIF2 board, and want to use the power management stuff.
