[mythtv-users] irgap not found with pvr-350 remote

Thanks for the help, but I couldn't get lirc to compile on SuSE9 when
selecting Hauppauge in setup (lirc_i2c module).  So, I went the SuSE
package route, as suggested on the lirc mailing list.  I can at least
load the module, but then I get the error as quoted below.

Any more thoughts?

Looks like you didn't select the correct device when you did the LIRC
setup.  Maybe try a make distclean and re-run the setup and select the
Hauppauge IR receiver?  Also, there should be no need to use irrecord.
Use the RC-5 lircd.conf from the LIRC website.  It contains all possible
RC-5 codes.  If you use IRW to show the codes resulting from each button
press you should be able to pare down the original lircd.conf to one
that contains only the codes being sent by your remote without having to
try to relearn the codes.
