Are you going to manage that FAQ?
Well, we are - via a wiki :)

In fact since 'you' are part of 'we' why don't 'you' start one somewhere
- in fact why not try:

In fact, why haven't you done this already?
I suspect that often - although maybe not in your particular case? -
this has a lot to do with Maarten's points about the entry barrier.
